Our drinking chocolate is something truly special: Each blend is freshly prepared by hand and refined with select ingredients such as real Bourbon vanilla powder , organic cinnamon , black Hawaiian salt , and aromatic black trumpet mushrooms . The figures 10-12% and 10-14% indicate the fat content, i.e., the proportion of natural cocoa butter. The higher the fat content, the creamier and richer the drinking chocolate.


Dutch 10-12%

Dutch cocoa is refined through a special alkalization process . This gives it a darker color and a mild, well-rounded flavor with less acidity. Perfect for those who prefer a harmonious and full-bodied drinking chocolate.


Natural 10-12%

This variety is all-natural and showcases the original character of the cocoa bean: fruity, slightly tart, and intense . Ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate authentic cocoa flavor and are looking for an aromatic, unadulterated drinking chocolate.


Organic 10-14%

Our organic cocoa is also all-natural, but is sourced exclusively from certified organic farming . With its slightly higher cocoa butter content (10-14%), it is particularly creamy and full-bodied . Perfect for conscious connoisseurs who value sustainability and the highest quality.

Preparation instructions

For one cup (200 ml):

  • Stir 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate into a little hot water or milk until smooth and a fine foam forms.

  • Then pour over hot milk or a plant-based alternative.

👉 For a more intense taste experience, simply use 1 1/2 tablespoons .



Ingredients (all types of drinking chocolate)

  • Cocoa powder (Dutch 10-12%/Natural 10-12%/Organic 10-14%) – approx. 85%

  • Black trumpet mushroom (dried, ground) – approx. 5%

  • Organic cinnamon – approx. 4%

  • Bourbon vanilla powder – approx. 3%

  • Black Hawaiian salt – approx. 3%
